IGNITE 08 cancelled:
It was necessary to call off this year’s event, as first and foremost, the level of guaranteed support was not sufficient to allow us to go ahead. Numbers may have picked up or adequate numbers turned up on the Friday, but it would have been unwise to proceed on this basis. Costs must be covered and the required support pledged or it is foolish to continue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused but trust that you will understand that we were left with no alternative.
We will prayerfully consider Ignite for next year. The desire is certainly there on our part to continue at Drewstown House, but we want to be sure that this is in accordance with the Lord’s will and not because we’ve ran Ignite at this venue for the last four years.
